Your process docs are a mess? Good.
Scattered, outdated, contradictory — that is exactly the raw material. ProcessMagnet reads the systems and documents you already have — and turns them, in days, into one system that unites everything and stays current on its own.
Organizations running their processes on aiio — from mid-market to enterprise.

The knowledge is already there — just scattered. Pulled together into one system of your organization.
Every tool, every contract, every standard holds a piece of it — but nowhere the whole system. ProcessMagnet pulls every fragment into its place — connected, ordered, always current. Including what contracts, SOPs and standards prescribe.
The difference
Not measured
Read and connected.
Not an event log from one single system, but the flow across all of them — plus what contracts, SOPs and standards require of it.
Not drawn
Pulled from your systems.
Nobody re-models in a workshop what your systems already hold. Existing models are carried across, not redrawn.
Not hand-maintained
Current on its own.
A wiki someone has to tend drifts from day one. ProcessMagnet re-reads when something changes.
One system — for everyone in the company.
Each department gets exactly what it needs for its work — in the context of the whole organization. Processes, documents and requirements, each in its place.
The trigger
Tidying up can wait. A deadline cannot.
Almost nobody consolidates their process world because it would be nice. There is a trigger — and it decides what has to be right first.
Recertification, customer audit, evidence obligation: the date is fixed, the material sits in six places.
What sits behind it→ When a tool gets switched off Legacy tool exit with a deadlineSignavio, ARIS, Visio: the contract ends, and years of accumulated material hang off it.
What sits behind it→ When too much hangs on too few Onboarding & knowledge loadGrowth, a new site, people leaving: the documentation exists — nobody opens it.
What sits behind it→The difference when it all becomes one system.
Companies that understood their operations in weeks — some ahead of a certification or an audit, others because nobody opened their documentation any more.

Which companies is ProcessMagnet for?
Less a question of headcount than of system density. ProcessMagnet pays off where three things come together: documentation already exists — often more of it than anyone can survey. It sits spread across many systems: wiki, file share, ticketing, a legacy BPM tool, stacks of PDFs. And nobody holds the full picture any more. That typically means grown organizations with a lot of tools in use. If instead everything sits in one well-kept source, ProcessCollector serves you better — and we will say so in the conversation.
How does ProcessMagnet extend ProcessCollector?
ProcessCollector is the lean product to collect and look up processes — priced per user. ProcessMagnet extends that into the system for the whole organization: more sources, more functions, priced per system landscape instead of per user. One thing matters here: for Magnet, the Collector is both source and destination. Magnet reads from an existing Collector body of knowledge — and always writes the consolidated result back into it. That is where people look things up, and where it lives on. Many start with ProcessCollector and grow into ProcessMagnet once user count and requirements rise.
We already work with aiio — what happens to what we have?
aiio BPM is the predecessor of ProcessCollector. ProcessMagnet reads that body of knowledge as a source — what you have curated is raw material, not legacy baggage, and you do not start from zero. Writing back, however, does not go into the old version but into ProcessCollector: that is where the consolidated body of knowledge lives on. What this means for your specific setup is something we look at together.
What comes out of it in the end?
ProcessMagnet writes the consolidated result into ProcessCollector: identified flows, roles, systems and requirements, linked together and searchable. From there you export what you need — BPMN for tools that carry on with it, PDF for the manual, the audit and the approval folder. So a switch never fails on the file format.
Will I see results in the first month with ProcessMagnet?
Yes. You see first processes in days, the full system of your organization in a few weeks. Most teams spot where their flows diverge within the first month — and have a solid basis by the next audit.
What happens to our data with ProcessMagnet?
ProcessMagnet accesses only what you grant, under control, and pulls no shadow copy of your systems. Hosted in the EU, no AI training on your data. On request, your IT goes through sources, depth and permissions with us beforehand.
Is ProcessMagnet a process-mining tool like Celonis?
No. Process mining measures what happens in one system. ProcessMagnet pulls the real process from all systems — email, ticket and call included — and also reads what contracts, SOPs and standards require. Not an event log, but lived reality.
Connect your whole organization into one system.
In a short demo, ProcessMagnet pulls your systems together live — and you see, for the first time, how your company really runs.
