The knowledge was there but practically unreachable, and with every change the documentation drifted further from lived reality.
Approach
Instead of maintaining the Confluence collection, the process knowledge was pulled out and turned into a coherent, living view — structured, findable and close to how work actually happens. Static documentation became a view the whole team relies on.
Result
The team saves 48 person-months in total and works 83 % more efficiently. Adoption is decisive: the more colleagues see how transparent it becomes, the more natural the usage — one truth everyone trusts.
